It depends on your home, and we’ll give you a straight answer for your specific roof after the free inspection. In many cases, and in compliance with New York State and county code, we can install your new roof over the existing shingles. If there’s only one layer, we can even install a metal roof over it. If your roof already has too many layers to go over safely and within code, we’ll remove the old roof first and install the new one on clean decking. You’ll get your options and pricing in writing.

The monthly cost ranges from $90 to $150 on average, but that's dependent on your quote and your application.
